Want to level up your fire and hoop flow? We are excited to welcome international flow arts instructors Lee Jeffries and Anna Wolcott (Hoop Therapist) to Memphis to teach workshops before the May Full Moon Jam on Sunday, May 31st. Here’s the schedule:

2:15pm Intro to Tutting (Palm Torch Friendly) with Lee Jeffries

3:15pm Duck-Ins and Outs with Hoop Therapist

4:45pm Nostalgic Doubles (Twin Hoops) with Lee Jeffries

Single classes range from $15 to $25 each, or $60 for all three.
