Join Heidi and Ellen every Tuesday night at 6:30pm for an All-Levels Hoop Tricks class. Whether you are new to hooping or you have established a hoop practice, this class will teach you the foundations of a move, teach you vacations of that move and transitions in and out of the move so you can incorporate it into your hoop flow. Hoop will be provided or you can bring your own.

Location: Theatreworks upstairs dance studio. Parking lot next to building or inside the Overton Square garage.
